Adolfo Davis is the Executive Director of Saving Our Urban Leaders Inc. (S.O.U.L.), a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of Youth at Risk and justice-involved individuals. Under his leadership, T.R.U.S.T. (Teens Receiving Understanding, Support, and Transformation) has become one of the organization's flagship initiatives, providing mentorship, life skills training, and pathways to education and employment.
With firsthand experience navigating the challenges of incarceration and personal transformation, Adolfo is deeply committed to breaking the cycle of violence and fostering real change in underserved communities. His leadership is built on resilience, lived experience, and a passion for uplifting the next generation.
Through S.O.U.L. and its initiatives, Adolfo continues to advocate for second chances, ensuring that young people receive the support, guidance, and opportunities they need to succeed.
