Adolfo Davis

As Director of Saving Our Urban Leaders Inc., I lead a youth-centered violence prevention and transformation organization rooted in credibility, consistency, and community healing. I oversee the vision, daily operations, and growth of S.O.U.L., while personally staying hands-on with the young people we serve—building trust, guiding life-changing conversations, and helping youth turn pain into purpose.

I design and deliver our core programs—especially the T.R.U.S.T. Initiative (Teens Receiving Understanding, Support & Transformation)—using trauma-informed workshops that focus on accountability, emotional control, conflict resolution, communication, and leadership. I also manage participant engagement, mentoring plans, progress tracking, and success stories, ensuring our work is structured, measurable, and impactful.

Beyond programming, I build and maintain partnerships with agencies and community organizations (including juvenile justice and community-based partners), develop curriculum and training materials, coordinate team support, and lead outreach that connects youth to resources, stability, and positive direction. I also spearhead fundraising efforts—grant writing support, donor outreach, sponsorships, and community campaigns—to keep S.O.U.L. operating and expanding.

At the heart of my role is one mission: protect youth, break cycles of violence, and produce leaders—by showing up, staying consistent, and building real transformation.
